Carolyn Sheridan - Supply Chain Manager
Carolyn Sheridan heads the Order Management department as Supply Chain Manager. She started at Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Bury in 1998 as Purchaser, after working in a variety of roles including a Sales Representative selling polythene bags and packaging.

She achieved an M.C.I.P.S degree in 2006 and is responsible for a range of business procedures including purchasing, planning, scheduling and supportive functions to production.

Carolyn is responsible for the purchase of raw materials and managing efficient production planning and scheduling with the team, as well as managing capacity and resources and the internal production chain to deliver orders to customers in full and on-time.

Every day presents a new challenge in the Order Management department and Carolyn especially enjoys busy periods where the team pull together to achieve the outstanding results for which Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Bury is renowned. 

The department is a central function to the business, therefore maintaining close connections with all departments is a fundamental part of the role. The team work very closely with Customer Care, Production, Originations and Warehousing.

In addition to all this Carolyn is halfway through her Open University Psychology degree.
